The Navratri 2019 was celebrated with great joy, devotion and enthusiasm from 29th September to 6th October 2019 by the girls of Mody School.

The first day started with the Sthapna with havan and Arti.A special assembly was organized where children were told about the nine forms of ‘Goddess Durga’ and the importance of nine days of Navratra.

To add some more fun to the festive feeling, Garba evening was also celebrated on 8th day.

The celebration was ended with Havan and kanya Bhoj. Children took the blessings of Goddess Durga and completed the Visarjan process. This fiesta was to make the children understand about our culture and traditions.
