The first MSMUN’17 “TECHNOMACY” with thematic agenda – Where Technology Meets Diplomacy, was held in Mody School from Friday, 1st of September to Sunday, 3rd of September ’17. The conference was motivational and fun having pretended variant world leaders solving the world’s most important problems in 48 hours or less. MSMUN successfully triggered students’ imagination and creativity.The first day of the conference was marked with the presence of honorable Mr. Amitav Mukharjee, current Senior Adviser, Government of India, in the Ministry of Rural Development, NRLM, New Delhi, in the opening ceremony where he introduced the delegates with the strengths and weaknesses of the UN.
The conference held all in all six committees UNGA, UNSC, UNHRC, AIPPM, INDO-PAK PEACE SUMMIT and International Press with varied agendas, headed by an excellent board of directors. All the six committees witnessed excellent skills of debating and negotiations with the idea of resolve and evolve.
The day was brought to an end by the Closing Ceremony, graced by the presence of Dr. Nishi Suryavanshi, Clinical Research Site Coordinator, where the Best Delegation Award was given away to Scindia Kanya Vidyalay, Gwalior and The Secretary General Best Delegate was awarded to Khushi Dudi of host school representing the Prime Minister of India in ‘The Indo- Pak peace summit’.
The MSMUN’ 17 was declared closed by the Secretary General and the conference was brought to an end with the hope to conduct such successful MSMUN symposium in the coming future.
